Hi, I’m Kim — a lifelong science enthusiast and K–8 certified teacher passionate about helping students explore the world through hands-on learning.

I’ve spent my career creating engaging, memorable science experiences that spark curiosity in students and confidence in teachers. As an elementary science lab teacher, I enjoy supporting teachers, guiding students through science fair projects, and bringing discovery to life in the classroom.

Outside of school, you’ll find me swimming laps, camping with my family, or tending to my vegetable garden and flowers. I believe science is all around us — in the simplest everyday moments — and that every child deserves the chance to experience it with wonder.

Through my blog and classroom-tested digital resources on TeachersPayTeachers, I aim to make science fun, approachable, and meaningful for both teachers and students.
